Cultural Diversity

My great aunt is in town with her daughter. She's 85 and tells everyone she's 49. Flew to Florida all the way from Los Angeles. My grandma (79), hasn't seen her since I was Alexis's age, back in 1987. They're youngest sister, who is living with my grandma, is 65 and hasn't seen her in over 40 years! 40 years blows my mind because I'm so close to family and it's so important, to me, to keep in touch. I'm happy they're here. Sheila, the daughter, got to go to the beach yesterday & feel the warm ocean. The pacific is so cold. She loved it, since California is all about 'image', on our beach you will find the nice body that should wear a bikini and the one that shouldn't but doesn't care because I'm comfortable and enjoying the beach girl/woman (guilty). You'll also find the European in a speedo, surfer guys, and all kinds of people. Miami, South Beach is the place for 'beautiful' people. Now, Sheila wants to see alligators & we're trying to figure out where to take her.
Alexis is feeling better, but she generously gave it to me and Jon now. She's also getting up on her knees now, in a crawling position. I think she'll be cruisin' here pretty soon..

In this picture below, My grandma is in front, then my great aunt Juanita, Her daughter is next Sheila, and the last sister is in the back Donna Sue.
