Turn That Frown Upside Down

Alexis had her 9 month doctor appt today. She is 22.5 lbs, 95th percentile. 28 3/4" long, 90th percentile. She's pretty much always been in the 90s percentile. She's a healthy little girl. Learned how to clap last night and Jon and I were so excited lol. It's so funny how excited you get over the smallest things. Her top teeth are about to come through. That explains why she was up 6 times Saturday night. Even though, she has slept through the night the last couple nights and I got amazing sleep, I'm still tired. I love how happy she is, almost all the time :)

What a weekend! Well, it wasn't that exciting. Just busy, kinda. Saturday was nice, we did nothing but relax all day. Which never happens. Sunday, I had a family shoot for some friends, still editing those, and they cooked us dinner and drank beer margaritas. You wouldn't think they would be good, but they were delicious! Kinda like a bubbly drink, different.

These next few weeks will be busy. A week from today, my great aunt comes in from LA. She's in her upper 80's and I haven't seen her since I was 8 months old. Really, I don't know her. Kind of ironic that Alexis is 9 months old when she visits again, huh? Anyway, she's coming to visit my grandma, who is younger but scared to fly (her sister) and they're younger sister just happens to be here too. I don't think any of them have seen each other in about 20 years. This is going to be so awesome. My great aunt that is coming, is a trip and goes goes goes. I hope that's how I am at almost 90.

That means that we are all cleaning our houses lol. I'm not doing much to mine, they won't be other here if at all. I would like to plant some bushes and clean my porch, make it a little more inviting. I'll do before and afters when I get it finished.
