I hope you enjoyed your weekend! I had a good one. We had an assembly we went to. It was nice to see many old friends we haven't seen in a while and great food for thought. Yes, I forgot my camera. I had in next to the diaper bag, but forgot to grab it. I was in a hurry. Here we are. My mom shot this right before her camera went dead. We couldn't shoot another.
So I pulled out my camera phone, I mean Jon's, because I forgot my phone too.
There is something so revitalizing about getting up and taking a walk on a cool morning. It was beautiful this morning. And I usually never want to come inside. It's really a great way to start the day and week. The baby fell asleep which is always a plus, then I can get in some blogging time.
What says 'Good Night' to you? You thought I would post a picture of Alexis sleeping or fighting to sleep huh? Of course, she always says good night, but it's usually fighting to sleep, followed by I don't want the bottle to Ok, I'll take the bottle, this is pretty good and then finally she dozes off, while I'm rocking her. That was a long run on sentence. Once she's asleep, she's kind of a light sleeper. I don't dare take my camera in there right now to snap a photo.
When the sun starts going down, the light comes in my front door window and casts this shadow on the wall and always has that golden glow.
